Customer Service Representative in Lisbon - French Speakers only

If you are a French native speaker, wishing to acquire first-hand experience in customer service in Portugal, this offer is for you !!

What are you going to do:

    • One of our clients is recruiting for several customer service positions in Lisbon. The client is an expert in customer service providing companies around the world with customer care, technical support and much more (for example: ASOS, Netflix, Expedia, Photobox, and more...)
    • Act as the first point of contact for French clients
      • Handle inquiries and provide support through inbound calls, email or chat applications
      • Ensure a service of exceptional quality 
      • Provide our customers the needed clarifications about their service, using the right tools
      • Input data and manage the information related to customers
      • Liaise with the team leader to resolve any customer complaints/ issues

What we ask:

  • Baccalauréat required
  • French Native Speakers
  • You either have a europeen passeport or a work permit to work in Europe
  • Good computer skills
  • Experience in Contact Center or in sales will be an added value
  • Quick and efficient management of time
  • You are dynamic, organized and have a team spirit
  • 1 year of availability
