Protecting the Magic is the main goal of the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort Security Team. Our Security Hosts may work in various locations throughout our Theme Park and Resort Hotel areas, maintaining an environment that enables our Guests and cast members to experience the magic of Disney.

For many of our Guests, staying at one of the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort hotels is a dream come true. Bell Services Cast Members is responsible to greet our Guests at the resort hotels, assist arriving and departing guests with their vehicles, and provide luggage transportation service to and from guest rooms.


Responsabilités:

  • Transport Guest luggage to different locations such as Guest Rooms / Vehicles / Storage.
  • Care and storage of guest property
  • Direct traffic at the hotel driveways
  • Need to work at outdoor environment
  • Proactively address guest needs by answering questions, giving directions and other information regarding the hotel / resort or surrounding areas
  • As a Hong Kong Disneyland Resort Cast Member, you will be expected to exhibit a positive, friendly and helpful attitude to our Guests and maintain the show quality of our resort.

    • Qualifications Nécessaires:

  • No previous experience required and comprehensive training will be provided
  • Ability to speak Cantonese/English/Putonghua (Non Chinese Speaking candidates are welcome)
