Digital Marketing & Customer Care Internship in MALTA

Description of the company: The company is a tourism company in Malta, specialized in organizing unique Diving tours around the island. Tasks and responsibilities: You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing managers to understand and build customer relationships. You will make sure that users get a great experience with the company. Also, you will work as the community manager of the company.

Ce que vous allez faire

KEY MISSIONS:

  • Build and follow customer relationships
  • Rewrite and create newsletters, content for marketing campaigns
  • Create and update CRM
  • Create and post advertising contents
  • Manage the company accounts on social media (Facebook, Twitter, …)
  • Create brochures, flyers and promotional materials for marketing campaigns
  • Assist and advise customers

Ce qu'on vous demande:

  • Niveau DUT, BTS, DEUG
  • Fluent in French for daily communication written/spoken

  • Being able to multi-task between projects is an asset
  • Outgoing, positive personality
  • Having an internship agreement
