Within our young and dynamic team, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining the best in class internship employer branding on social networks and job boards in collaboration with Marketing,
- Definition of the most appropriate internship sourcing strategy across Europe,
- Develop partnerships with European Universities,
- Set up and continue current sourcing methodology through internship job boards,
- In-depth telephone candidate screening and present STRAMMER to external candidates and
providers
- Improve and deploy the recruitment and integration process of internship candidates.
- Coordinate contractual agreements with Finance

Ce qu'on vous demande:
- Niveau Licence, Bachelor
- Native English speaker / C1 level, French would be a plus
- Highly enthusiastic and motivated
- Strong planning, organisational and communication skills

- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast paced environment
