Junior Talent Acquisition Intern M/W in Brussels

Looking for a thrilling traineeship? ALTEN Belgium (Brussels) , as the headquarter of the international division of the Alten Group, is looking for talented candidates to start their career by joining our traineeship program. As the partner of choice in technologies for international leading companies, we have developed our expertise in 3 group business lines (Engineering Technology, Information Systems & Telco, Life Sciences).

What are you going to do:

  • Be in charge of pre-screening and screening the CV regarding our business positioning
  • Source candidates using various channels: job-boards, job ads, networking, social medias
  • Provide suitable profiles to our business managers
  • Plan interviews for business managers and following up the recruitment process
  • Bring weekly and monthly recruiting reporting to the Management and deliver pro-active recommendations in order to optimize the process and reduce the recruitment lead time

  • Niveau BAC+3 minimum
  • No previous experience required
  • You are fluent in French and in English.
  • You are studying in Human Resources, in Business or in Management
