Mercedes-Benz are searching for Customer Service Representatives at their Customer Assistance Center (CAC) in Maastricht! Relocation Package:

Contract & Training:

Ce que vous allez faire

The full time 24h service department organises roadside assistance for all customers. Services related to customer mobility are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The Retail Services department supports technical and product related competencies for the CAC, Daimler and external parties. Employees act as brand representatives ensuring that customers receive personal assistance in their own language at a consistently high level.

Ce qu'on vous demande:

  • BAC +3
  • An experience in Customer Service is a plus
