TELUS International Europe - CUSTOMER CARE AGENT - French natives in Bulgaria
Currently we are looking for GAMER SUPPORT CONSULTANTS who will be responsible for communication through Support Ticket, E-mail and other channels with the online gaming users, answering game user’s general in-game questions and requests providing superior in-game quality of service.

- Provide our players with excellent support
- Resolve customer inquiries and problems through email
- Consistently possess a positive approach and attitude at all service levels
- Perform and complete team related projects with minimal supervision
- Other tasks that fall under the category of customer service

Ce qu'on vous demande:
- Baccalauréat
- Fluent in GERMAN/ POLISH/CZECH/HUNGARIAN/ FRENCH/ PORTUGUESE/ ITALIAN/ FINNISH and excellent English
- 1+ year experience working within a customer support environment will be a plus
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Detail-orientated and customer-centered approach
- Result focused with demonstrating consistent success through data driven reporting
- A great team player with strong problem solving skills with an interest in resolving customer issues
