David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Tech Consultancy who is seeking to onboard French OR German speaking Product Support Specialist to their Dublin office.
Position: Product Support Specialist
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex) issues directly for our highest revenue-generating publishers
- Provide guidance and consultative technical expertise to front line General Support and Service Relationship Managers (SRMs)
- Provide two-way communication and collaboration on monthly product release cycles and customer-centric product development
- Serve as point of contact for projects led by our escalation management team to improve client experience and internal operational effectiveness (user acceptance testing, prioritization process liaison, emergency paging process, new feature release launches).
- Native/fluent in French OR German, both verbal and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- At least 1 year experience in same or similar role
- Academic degree in Computer sciences, IT or related field
- Tech savvy
- Analytical and highly detail oriented
- Ability to absorb and troubleshoot complex technical issues and communicate them to a non-technical audience
- Ability to perform independently and as a part of the team
- Punctual and reliable.
