For our client in Brno, we are looking for a new, enthusiastic employee with good communication skills.Job dutiesCommunicating with customers and colleagues from different departmentsResponding to enquiries from internal and external customers (mostly via email)Managing CRM activities and customers´ claimsTaking ownership of customer issues and interface with sales teams, logistics, production, operations etc. to generate solutions in a timely fashionProviding information about products (price, availability, etc.)
Requirements: Great level of English and French OR Italian (min. B2/C1)Great communication skills, problem solving skillsAbility to work under pressurePrevious experience from Customer Service or Sales is an advantage, as well as technical backgroundKnowledge of SAP is an advantage
