Let’s continue…What your responsibilities will be:Handle calls, emails and chat with a sense in FrenchAs a brand ambassador – provide promotion support, being knowledgeable about current promotions and new offers.Handle account and billing issues, along with order up-selling, troubleshooting, fraud order, and returns, based on the policy provided through training guidelines.Provide and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and show customer service empathy.Log calls/cases from a customer into the customer relationship database, including shipping instructions.Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed in an efficient and timely manner.
Requirements: QualificationsNative level of French (C1/C2) + Good knowledge of English language (B2+)Great communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skillsBasic computer knowledge and skillsAbility to multitask and have strong interpersonal skills.Ability to work in rotating shifts Work experience in customer support will be considered as an advantage
