What you will achieve

 

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, e-mail, Whatsapp, chat or social media
  • Ensure you are giving a great customer experience even to unhappy customers
  • Learn everything you can about the Dyson products
  • Collect and analyse data
  • Monitor customer issues
  • Cross-sell and upsell (no cold calling customers to sell them products)
  • Attend necessary training courses (internal and external) to maintain a high level of competency in your role



Requirements:
  • Living in Slovakia or willing to relocate there asap
  • Non EU citizens must have a valid work permit for Slovakia
  • Experience in a call center is desired, but not mandatory
  • Dedicated and hardworking and passionate about giving a great customer experience
  • Have the ability to connect with customers, build rapport and show empathy
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively through the written and spoken word of French language to the level of C1 - C2 along with English to a level of B1 (minimum)
  • Outgoing and always asking appropriate questions to ascertain customer needs
  • You’re a natural team player – we believe in supporting and developing our people, and we want you to grow with us and help us to grow our business.
  • The ability to demonstrate our company DNA (we care, we're curious, we achieve together)
  • Be well organised and able to prioritise your workload
  • Be able to make decisions based on given guidelines and the customers situation to arrive at the best possible outcome for both the customer and Dyson
  • Flexible and able to adapt to change easily as this is a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, proactive, positive and with a “can-do” attitude
  • Good computer skills and experience with MS Office

**We have brand new exclusive offices in Bratislava, but optionally you can work remotely within the Slovak territory**

If you demonstrate the skills and behaviours we are looking for and join our team, we will offer you a range of great benefits, which include:

 

  • Start date: 4th of May or 6th of July 2022
  • Full-time or part-time, depending on your needs. Full-time: five days per week from Monday to Sunday, two weekends off per month. Rotating shifts between 8am and 8pm, OR fixed shift from 1pm to 10pm.
  • A Permanent Contract (Indefinite)
  • A base salary of €15,500 (gross) per annum
  • Food Vouchers €100 Per Month (€1200 per annum with no employee contribution)
  • Commuting allowance €50 Per month (€600 per annum for 100% in the office), or working from home allowance €50 per month (€600 per annum for 100% working from home)
