Job Description

In your role as Partnership & Outreach Manager, you will join the Marketing team and work directly with Nicolas Paulus (co-founder).

Your mission: build strong partnerships with ex-pat organizations, universities, and many more!


What You Will Do

On a daily basis, you reach out to potential partners and offer them our collaboration models. The focus is on candidate acquisition!


  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
  • Identify and source partnership opportunities through outbound calls and emails (a bit of cold calling & emailing included)
  • Research partners, identify key players, and generate interest
  • Negotiate and finalize collaboration deals
  • Deliver a great experience to our partners
  • Be the go-to person for our partners’ questions
  • Build and maintain valuable long-term relationships
  • Offer new ways to grow the partnership
  • Develop affiliation strategies and propose new partnership opportunities
  • Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners


We are creating this position from scratch. This means that this role can develop around you. You will get the opportunity to bring new ideas and drive changes from the very beginning. And soon you can be in charge of Next Station's entire Affiliation Marketing.

About You

This position is based in Paris, France. And as we are looking for long-term teammates it would be great if you could stay after the internship!


What You Bring

  • You speak English at a bilingual level and you are proficient in French.
  • You have a first experience or great knowledge of Digital Marketing practices and KPIs
  • You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills – People love talking to you!
  • You have a talent for leading negotiations and building relationships.
  • You have great organization skills and pay attention to details.
  • You are a strategic thinker with good multitasking skills.
  • You are a born team player that knows how to work autonomously.
  • You have a strong desire to drive changes and develop a new channel.
  • You have a growth mindset and love to network.
