Responsabilités:

Handling Guests’ enquiries, requests and comments

Achieve Disney service standard which beyond Guests’ expectation proactively

Assist in group ticketing operations with cash handling duties

Qualifications Nécessaires:

Ability to speak fluent Cantonese, English and Putonghua

Ability to reflect a professional image while maintaining Guest privacy

Ability to perform in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful working environment

Willingness to work at different locations in the resort area, including outdoor locations

Compétences Souhaitées:

Ability to speak other Foreign language(s)

Formal qualifications from Hotel, Hospitality or Tourism Management related courses

SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY Our Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company, including shifts on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
