Mission
We offer a stimulating work experience with an exposure to new people and projects. Each program (18 months) includes 3 rotations of 6 months in a variety of investment, business and corporate activities in France and in our different markets globally.

Profile
We are welcoming recent graduates from universities, engineering schools, and business schools or applicants with an initial professional work experience of 12 months.
The program also includes dedicated on boarding experience, specific trainings, mentorships, international experience.
There are 4 steps to our graduate recruitment process:

• Stage 1: Search & apply
• Stage 2: Preselection and Assessment
• Stage 3: Interviews and case studies with professionals
• Stage 4: Final interview with General Management
