Descriptif de la mission

Au sein du service SBS - Communication Europe de Sanofi Aventis Groupe et en lien avec votre tuteur, vous participerez au déploiement du plan de communication et de gestion du changement au niveau européen.

Dans ce cadre, vos missions consisteront à :

·         Participer à la définition de la stratégie de communication interne du service,

·         Prendre part au développement des outils pour soutenir la communication interne,

·         Accompagner le changement et les mutations d'organisation,

·         Assister aux groupes de réflexion en lien avec les nouvelles méthodes de travail à adopter.

Profil recherché :

Vous recherchez un contrat en alternance d'une durée de 12 mois, débutant en Septembre 2019 dans le cadre d'une formation de niveau Bac +5 en Communication, en Conduite du Changement ou en Management général, de type Ecole de Commerce ou Université.

Pour ce poste, vous justifiez d'une première expérience ou de connaissances dans les domaines de la communication et de la conduite du changement en entreprise.

AN APPRENTICE– COMMUNICATION AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT (M/ F)

Location: Campus Val de Bièvre - Gentilly (94)

Assignment:

Within the SBS-Communication Europe service of Sanofi Aventis Group and in connection with your tutor, you will participate in the deployment of the communication and change management plan at European level.

In this context, your missions will consist in:

• Participate in the definition of the internal communication strategy of the service,

• Take part in the development of tools to support internal communication,

• Follow up the organizational changes,

• Attend the focus group participants on the new working methods to be adopted.

Required profile:

You are looking for an apprenticeship contract of 12 months, starting in September 2019 as part of a training of level BAC + 5 in Communication or in Change Management, type of business school or University.

For this position, you justify a first experience or knowledge in the fields of communication and the management of change in the company.

You have a keen interest in Management.  

You are fully literate on Excel and Word.

Part of an international environment, you are fluent in English and, you can write and hold a conversation in English.

Your capacity for adaptation, your curiosity, your rigor and your analytical mind allow you to carry out your missions. Open-minded, you enjoy working in a team and interacting on transversal topics.

Vous maîtrisez les logiciels du pack Office.

Intervenant dans un environnement international, vous êtes en capacité de converser aisément en anglais avec des interlocuteurs non francophones.

Autonome, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre bon sens relationnel et votre esprit créatif et innovant.
