Role Mission:Create distinction for our strategic account partner driving connection with consumers and planned business growth.

Role Summary: This role will focus supporting holistic, fully integrated sales and brand plans for Courir account to drive a multi-category offence.

With a significant emphasis on digital prioritization, this role requires proficiency in multi-category, multi-platform, seamless account relationship.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities include:

·Follow and track performance of the 4 key COURIR doors in Paris + .COM
(Les Halles, la Défense, Rivoli3, République and Courir.com)

·Work in collaboration with the Account Executive for each market to recommend (invest or divest) specific assortment according to performance

·Consumer Centric Mindset:

Obsess and Serve the consumer Always.Dedicate time and resources to staying current with our consumer and be clear on what matters to them

§Get qualitative information and partner with the account and the IAT team to define consumer profile of each door

§Realize focus group once a month dedicated to each door

·Partner with key functional teams (IRM/ SALES teams) to bring the account vision to life by focusing on sales and brand priorities

§Be the relay of Nike Visual Merchandising Styling in key doors and coordinate marketing brand activations

§Connect with the staff to understand the trends and Nike performance

§Check staff knowledge on the key products

§Measure instore campaign performance

Our consumer lives in a frictionless world and we must understand how the conversation with consumers is changing so that we can make this a competitive advantage.

§Check product page description (functionalities + relevancy in term of wordings etc…)

§Establish a dedicated sales tracking on key products

§Identify frictions in the consumer journey

§Ensure that the website is always updated with Nike campaigns and priorities

·Establish and pilot dashboard to follow doors business performance

§Understand and use the most relevant KPIS

§Partner with the sales team to understand the different markets

§Partner with brand team to have an overview of the campaign

§Create a weekly report and presentation that will be presented to the full IAT during team meetings

·Benchmark and identify best practices within Sport industry in order to identify opportunities for Nike at Courir based on financial analysis and reporting

·Staff training – My Sneakers project lead

§Work on video brief with the video agency

§Align with the account and Nike sales team on the products that should be recorded

§Align with the Ekin team / Brand on the messages and look and feel on the video

·Account meeting project assistant (Courir KAPM/ Courir Convention/ IAT BRAND Meeting)
Actively participate in team and account meetings

§Be the lead of the organization of Nike x Courir meeting

§Help to create disruptive and relevant sets up

§Manage catering and negotiate best quotation


Qualifications

Education : Business School or University with lead in marketing/sport management

Digital Foundational Skills: Our consumer lives in a frictionless world and we must understand how the conversation with consumers is changing so that we can make this a competitive advantage.

Sportswear and sneaker culture required

Creative thinker: Demonstrate creative thinking. Offering fresh stand-out ideas that challenge the norm.

Action oriented: Need to be self-starter and able to work and make independently sound decisions in a timely manner. Get things done, Learn from them and make it better.

Strong organization skills: Ability to prioritize and organize workload in response to often aggressive timelines. Knowledge of the market and ability to create structure into market place.

Flexibility: Able to be flexible and to quickly understand new information and situations to constantly changing environment.

Communication skills: French and English mandatory.

Strong ability to communicate with people across all different levels, nationalities and cultures within and outside the Nike organization. Ability to communicate and negotiate with outside vendors and project management firms.
