Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) provides a suite of services designed to help Amazon's most strategic brands working across all key areas of retail business.

AVS is looking for a Business Manager, an individual contributor with experience in (a) process and project management, and (b) product management. Your business understanding must help you identify and lead to closure AVS initiatives required to meet goals. Mixing your business knowledge and power to build processes and projects, you must influence several organizational layers (Director level included).

If you are excited of taking the lead on AVS business metrics and helping to drive them across the entire organization, then you are in the correct place. Your actions will directly impact our P&L.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sharp working backward documents to build frameworks or processes.
- Own business metrics that are part of the overall AVS scorecard, influencing our P&L.
- Initiate and pursue opportunities that will take your business metrics closer to success
- interact and influence the rest of the AVS Central Team and EU business delivery teams, building synergies and harmonizing projects portfolios.
- scale and automate on behalf of the AVS Central Team.

- Extensive relevant experience in driving projects and programs.
- Theoretical and practical knowledge in process management and project management.
- Experience at influencing business metrics via processes and projects.
- Experience in driving change processes in an EU environment.

- MBA
- PMP certified or equivalent
- Six Sigma or similar
