MAIN ACTIVITIES
1/ Visual merchandising and visibility strategy
- To collect and analyze trade marketing needs by region, channel and client segment
- Together with the Maison, the Brand manager and the Commercial Direction to define and establish trade marketing strategy per channel, client segment and region
- To define VM briefings for the design team based on product strategy and objectives, cost targets, permanent and seasonal presence, type of distribution
- To feed the VM creative team with constant research of new ideas in term of new trends, materials, technologies, functionalities..
2/ Trade marketing guidelines
- To define global trade marketing guidelines and best practices in accordance with the Maison, the Brand Manager , the design team and the Commercial Direction
- To provide local teams with technical supports and training on guidelines in order to drive trade marketing projects execution in the markets
3/ Trade marketing projects execution
- To manage and coordinate seasonal visibility operations in the point of sales
- To allocate permanent visibility VM tools to the markets accordingly with commercial strategy
- To grant update of the visuals of the seasonal campaigns in the markets
- Together with the Brand manager and the Commercial teams, to monitor different initiatives KPIs
4/ Market monitoring
- To constantly monitor and analyze VM trends and initiatives within eyewear, luxury and other relevant industries
- To regularly check the respect on the market of trade marketing guidelines
3 years' experience in a similar function
Fluent in English and French. Italian as a real plus.
