General mission
  • This position will perform all customer service responsibilities along with supporting department in reporting and business development initiatives.
Main activities

Answer phones and email inquiries, demonstrating impeccable use of grammar and punctuation
Display and implement product knowledge, HOP policies and procedures, while conveying the Hermes style and values
Follow up and resolve customer issues and inquiries in a timely manner
Respond to client voicemails
Place online orders and follow up on pending orders
Resolve FedEx delivery issues related to internet orders
Resolve back order, coordinatore store transfers
Observe client confidentiality and company policies for data protection and security
Exceed customer expectations in every interaction
Support department in ongoing inventory management and fiscal inventory
Support department publishing, inventory auditing and reporting

Applicant profile
