Description
Context:
Football is a global and highly competitive market. With the FFF partnership, Nike will launch a new way to make business to serve better our athletes in the French market. We need to reinforce the team supporting the implementation of the new program.
Missions:
We are looking for a full-time intern for 6 months starting in January to join the Marketplace Operations Team.
- Maintain and optimize the management of a customer portfolio (order entry, product deliveries up to the last kilometer, restocking optimization)
- Ensure and sustain business relationships by maintaining a high level of service
- Train our customers to use the B2B platform
- Participate in the harmonization and improvement of communication
- Monitor and analyze the sales and deliveries performance
- Support to the team in the development of analysis tools

Qualifications
Student at baccalaureate level +4/5 minimum from a business school or university having:
- Interest in logistics and sales administration
- With a very good sense of the relationship
- Organized
- Reactive & available
- Positive and strength of proposal
- Experience in the desired sport universe
- Knowledge of football
- Sensitivity "customer service"
Skills:
- Fluent in French and English required
- Sense of initiative
- Good written and oral communication
-The ability to work in a team
- Mastery of the Office Pack including Excel
- Mastery of SAP is a plus
- Autonomy
- Strong adaptability
