General mission
  • We are currently looking for a trilingual Customer Service Advisor (English, French and a third European language) for our European e-store.
Context

In a sales team of 7 people, you will ensure online sales managing a high-quality relationship with the customer, both in writing and on the phone.

The e-commerce store is in 18 European countries.

We are looking for an native English speaker, bilingual in French and fluent in a third European language.

Days worked : from Monday to Saturday with some Sundays at the end of the year. For any week-end days worked you will have one day off per week.

Main activities

In a multilingual and multi-tasking environment, you are an ambassador in Hermès and your goal is to develop customer loyalty.

Your main missions will be the following:

1/ Manage Sales
- Receive, identify and manage clients’ requests, both oral and written
- Advise and online sales
- Validate orders within the already established procedures
- Follow the orders and improve their handling

2/ Customer Support - Ensure, by phone or email, an excellent client relationship for the full scope of the 18 countries.
- Answer, carefully and attentively, to all inquiries of information, oral and written
- Learn and be able to pass on to the customer all product information, stores, events, etc.
- Communicate and implement the procedures within the service approach: purchases, returns, exchanges, post-sales service, etc.
- Listen to the clients complaints and manage disputes
- Take part to commercial actions : events, communication actions, etc.

Applicant profile
  • In order to be successful in this role you must have a background and degree in Hospitality, Business or Communication and you have already a previous experience in customer support within a high-end environment.
  • You can speak and write English perfectly, but also French and a third European language.
  • Empathetic and nice, you are able to offer a high-quality customer speech and a customer relationship of excellence in writing and on the phone.
  • You have an excellent written and oral expression.
  • You are assertive and demonstrate strong analytical skills, you can handle stress and you have the ability to prioritize.
  • You are comfortable on office tools.
