Description
  • Develop and accelerate Digital Partnerships with territory accounts to drive growth, elevate experience and grow Nike membership

  • Amplify Nike Consumer Experiences (NCX) through a seamless mobile-first approach

  • Execute projects elevate digital shopping experience in key city

  • Benchmark and elevate Territory Key retailer digital capability and drive elevation and enhancement plans

  • In partnership with New Business Models Director, identify, validate  and test potential new business models and partnerships, such as NDIP

  • Align plans with cross functional stakeholders and drive action to deliver plans

  • Up-skill IAT and other territory stakeholders on driving a digital-first approach to the business 


Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the athletic industry and/or consumer products industry.

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in eCommerce, digital marketing or Multi-channel retail

  • Proven experience managing and implementing sales programs, policies, procedures and methodologies.

  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills with ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives.

  • Demonstrates strong capabilities in stakeholder management

  • Able to champion account needs both cross functionally and vertically within the organization and with the customer.

  • Strong knowledge of the athletic industry both from product knowledge and marketplace trends.

  • Strong knowledge of the digital marketplace, both from product knowledge and marketplace trends.
