Description

Based in Paris, you will oversee leading the energy business & brand in the territory enhancing the Nike brand equity and creating demand for Nike pinnacle products within innovators and early adopter’s consumers.


Responsibilities

  • You will lead Energy Marketing Team in the North territory (France, Benelux and Scandinavian countries). Be inspiring and engaging leader for your team and broader marketing organization
  • Ensure consumer and brand point of view are included in EMEA marketing plans developing long-term strategic vision for the function
  • Build and expand Nike network of innovators, early adopters, and other energy consumers
  • Lead consumer connectivity and concept development. Lead the process to gain insight from our network/early adopters in every aspect to generate relevant campaigns, stories, and products in a smart, relevant, and impactful way.
  • Identify cultural trends and lead the full consumer deep dive in Paris.
  • Drive excellence in brand execution of initiatives, maximizing the creation of demand and sustained consumer connectivity, offline and online.
  • Timely and effective delivery of seasonal Marketing Plan through extensive cross-functional teams.


Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, and/or Communications
  • At least 5 years of experience in brand marketing including proven experience in community management and marketing campaign execution
  • Fluency in English and French both written and verbal

Other requirements:

  • Experience in working with the creative consumer and engage him/her through cultural and sports
  • Demonstrate Brand passion and act with integrity.
  • Strategic in approach & planning and creative in execution
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time effectively
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
