As the Nike Digital Direct Specialist, Nike.com will be your key focus and you will have a pivotal role in bringing to life hyper local end-to-end digital journeys for the key category stories across Nike.com driving Traffic and Demand.

You will help to tailor and evolve the journeys and activations on Nike.com and the wider Digital Ecosystem to ensure we are delivering hyper local digital experiences through a key city lens.

Partnering with the Nike Digital Direct Director and the Membership Brand Manager, you will be responsible for driving local content and exceptions for Nike.com and evolving onsite consumer journies, such as Onsite Search.

Alongside this you will partner with the central EMEA Team to deliver local insights, exceptions and new partners across the key Demand and Traffic driving channels, such as Paid Search and Affiliates.

It requires a close connection to the markets and our consumers so everything we do is for the city, by the city, alongside a strong knowledge of the key stories to ensure we are maximizing the moments and journey on .com.

As part of the Nike Digital Direct team you will work in partnership with and as part of the Nike Direct organization. And as the Nike Digital Direct Specialist you will report to the Territory Nike Digital Direct Director.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Drive a Hyperlocal Nike.com strategy – by playing a crucial role in evolving local nike.com brand experiences, owning seasonal planning and coordinating local exceptions For the City by the City
  • Develop & integrate local seasonal digital plans, aligning with brand and category objectives, by putting nike.com in the center of every digital experience
  • Nike.com homepages coordination, planning and execution – partner up with GEO team to obsess local consumer insights and elevate seasonal commercial moments (Back to school, Gear up, Gifting, Spring/Summer essentials etc)
  • Monitor consumer insights and understand them inside-out in order to serve their needs, identify commercial opportunities and translate into measurable brand activations
  • Own Territory pages / hubs – drive and localize executions against Brand concept map and overall TER strategy, driving brand and business objectives.
  • Evolve local Nike.com brand experiences – elevate digital experiences and add value to consumer journeys throughout all digital touchpoints (social, apps, email), securing consistency and alignment on KPI’s
  • Optimal local execution and localization of a busy editorial calendar.
  • Ownership of local performance tracking (onsite search optimization),
  • Drive the scale and effectiveness of local affiliate networks.



Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Digital Marketing role or Marketing role within a Digital companies
  • Proven experience and understanding of digital channels, digital commerce and social landscape, trends and consumer behavior 
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English
