Main missions:


Nike France is looking for a trainee (M/F) available from January 2nd, 2018 for a year. Integrated in the Sales team, the intern (M/F) will work on the following missions:

  • Leverage assortment presentation: control each season the right execution instore
  • Create a template (weekly tracking) to follow the right KPIS and measure the Nike investment
  • Work closely with the members to activate every business opportunity (challenge, e-training)
  • Work closely with operations to work on the Order book, anticipate any delay or cancellations. Clear recommendation for the team.
  • Work closely with the Team to work on recovery plan post season if needed. (data’s analysis/recommendations)
  • Competitors: how work the sporting goods industry? What's the newness? Share best practices
  • Lead the process (sample, tools, digital content) of fairs organization
  • Use weekly scorecard information to provide the AES with key info and alerts (risks / opportunities)
  • Create clear retro-planning for our Marketing Campaign. Connection with the customer and Brand & Marketing/Aes/Rep
  • Drive the Pull model with ops/AES/Rep
  • Create & deliver a monthly report on Elevation doors (analysis of figures & recommendations - set up merchandising rules & retro plan …)
  • Competitors: get the data from other brands, make recommendations and clear action plan.



Qualifications

·         4th or 5th year student (University/Business School)

·         Analytical & sales skills with a real taste for dealing with figures

·         Good command of Office Pack

·         Must be fluent in English and French

·         Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills

·         Ambition, Autonomy, and Proactivity

·         High interest for sports market

·         Strong eagerness for the brand
