Context :

As a true business partner for all our divisions, our IT Global multicultural team directly contributes to the success of L’Oréal’s brand portfolio: Lancôme, Yves-Saint Laurent, Biotherm, Kiehl’s, La Roche Posay, Vichy, Garnier, Maybelline New-York, Kerastase, Redken (…).

In the context of an IT4IT program that L’Oréal has launched a couple of months ago, the group has decided to standardize processes and organizations over the IT world. In order to achieve this goal, L’Oréal has chosen a tool, ServiceNow that will support these processes & organizations.

You will join the team responsible for the IT4IT program’s deployment. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience with a large-scale ServiceNow implementation addressing significant functions across L’Oréal business areas.

Main missions and responsibilities :

• Gathering and documentation of: user, system, and process requirements.
• Developing, prototyping, testing, and demoing of system and process enhancements.
• Contributing to the coordination between IT4IT referents and project managers.
• Taking part in the integration of new projects (configuration in ServiceNow).
• Accompanying the team on change management process (user guides, reference documents).
• Promoting IT4IT & methods to all stakeholders (end users, key users, etc).

Who we are looking for :

• Recently graduated or finishing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Management or Industrial Engineering.
• Knowledge in Project Management.
• Technical knowledge in development (HTML, Javascript).
• Teamwork, excellent social skills and intellectual flexibility.
• Appropriate communication.
• Autonomy.
• Pack Office.
• English.

Your internship :

• Located in the Paris area (Clichy).
• Compensation: between 1 250€ and 1 400€ gross (internship).
