The Technical Operations unit is a technical structure works in a transverse way for all equensWorldline departments, and as a team of Technical Operations, we are relating the IT world with the operations world (services production).

The Integrator-Production engineer is responsible for the build, run and monitoring (second level) the operations for services provided, the aim of the role is to ensure the highest quality and availability of services, so this role must covers :

ü Deploy Middleware configurations

ü Realize developments, settings and scheduling applications

ü Run acceptance tests and install applications in production environment by using the industrial mode (process, tools)

ü Write operation documents

ü Implement monitoring to application and write Standard Operation Procedure

ü Manage production incidents

ü Manage technical and application changes

Monitor and control the production (Second Level Support)

Level of education

BAC + 2 to +5 - Engineer

At least 3 years of experience as an integrator, analyst or operation engineer or similar; knowledge of IT operation

Particularities

ü Ensure success with secure requirement on sensitive applications

ü Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems

ü Ability to work on non-working hours

ü Ability to work on-call duty occasionally

ü APACHE, TOMCAT, JBOSS

ü ActiveMq

ü Knowledge of TWS (job scheduler)

ü Knowledge of file transfers ((FTP, SFTP, FTPS, XFBGATEWAY).

ü Knowledge of logic security (management of keys, certificates and data encryption).

ü Knowledge of TSM (backup and recovery)

ü Experience in Service Operation
