You are a Project Manager and will work closely with colleagues in Germany, Luxembourg, Belgium, France, India, China and Malaysia. As a Project lead, you will support internal and external stakeholders of the payment platform by leading of the activities.
You have an experience as a project manager for small to medium size team of engineers, and you know one agile methodology.
With good communication skills (spoken and written) in french and english, and a capability to work in an international environment with distributed teams, you are available for occasional travels. You will animate the application team under your responsibility, including control and scheduling of tasks, you will also focus on the individual development of each employee and ensure its evaluation. You will participate, according to the opportunities, to the pre-sales effort and development of the business.
You have experience with driving a software development process, in customer relationship management, and experience from banking, finance, accounting, or payment market (issuing). Your excellent customer relationship management, as well as your ability to manage engineering teams, enable you to be the guarantor of respect for costs, delays and quality of service.
You master a planning and project monitoring tool, you know how to define and guide the project approach.
You maintain a good technical level by being able to know the different technical environments implemented (Java, JEE, Tapestry, Hibernate, SOAP, GIT, Jboss, Oracle), to qualify the technical solutions chosen and to participate in the technical and functional evolution of the products, solutions and offers of Worldline.
