MAIN DUTIES

Summarise and save cuttings daily in relevant folders and circulate coverage to STUDIOCANAL Theatrical

Collect weekend and Friday newspapers and summarise reviews, circulating it to STUDIOCANAL Theatrical

Submit National Press Show applications online with the FDA and booking screening rooms once confirmed. 

Book Regional Press Shows with individual cinemas and FDA where required

Upload photography to Picselect and STUDIOCANAL Press Site and caption images 

Arrange purchase order numbers and fill out invoices when required 

Manage the STUDIOCANAL media database 

Attend weekly publicity team meetings 

Support publicity team in the organisation and execution of press junkets, talent visits, festivals, premieres and other events. 

- Passion for film
- Fluent in English (French is a plus)
- Positive, dynamic and can-do attitude
