International Education Manager Complexion/Pro Products M/W

Enhance the business performance of our salesforce at POS through the development of field oriented training content for all education modules related to Complexion and Pro products

• Design all training content related to the Complexion and Pro product category in line with the global Brand strategy and priorities
• Translate the Mktg concept into an operational and field oriented message that can be easily assimilated by our salesforce and transmitted with ease to the client
• Provide interactive pedagogical content for all modules
• Develop "ready to use" training modules for the markets
• Ensure all training modules cover the essential needs of our salesforce : product knowledge (novelty and basic catalog), sales knowhow with link selling, application techniques, creative mup tips, competition, trends....
• Ensure that all content is in line with the major regional needs
• Collaborate closely with the respective Mktg departments and Regional Education Directors and key markets
• Fully understand the regional differences and the necessary adaptations
• Animate education sessions when possible
• Allocate time for in store presence for better understanding of field needs
• Collaborate closely with the Retail Education Manager for strong and coherent sales messages
• Propose and elaborate skillful and trend oriented mup tips for clients and Pros in collaboration with Artistry Experience Director for enhanced expertise
• Participate in the certification of our Salesforce when required
• Participate and apply makeup in all education films and photo shoots related to the product category in collaboration with Artistry Experience Director when necessary
