In this context, the Atos Group Sales & Markets organization is offering a challenging opportunity for an HR Internship. The Atos Group S&M organization focusses at operational excellence at Atos, in delivering an end-to-end service across all industry sectors. At the heart of the Atos Group S&M organization, the Global Sales Operation and Transformation is a new organization, chartered to enable Growth through a client centric approach for creating winning value propositions.

The team is facing an increasing demand by the organization for information regarding HR related sales activities, such as performance management and learning & development information. The team is looking for 1 or 2 interns that can support them in this demand. As an intern, you will be reporting to the HRBP and you will be part of the HR team for the Atos Group S&M organization.

Activities would include

§ Produce and improve reports with regard to information on recruitment, such as number of recruits, attrition in sales organization

§ Support in training reporting activity, report accuracy on priority training programs

§ Support in evaluating, analyzing and reporting on performance management: understand, analyze and review the data

§ Improve data quality of sales employees and activities in our systems

As an HR intern, the applicant will be expected to have:

§ Excellent English language skills - French and/or German would be a plus,

§ Be able to work in a complex and changing organization

§ Working in a demanding business HR area

§ The person has to work in global virtual team

§ The area of responsibility requires independent work and accurate and reliable working

§ Eager to learn and work hard

§ Be flexible in picking up different things

§ Multi-cultural attitude

§ Like to work in a divers team

§ Used to working with Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel

After the internship there is an opportunity to pursue a career in HR or S&M as graduate
