Growth and Marketing Assistant (Internship)

The Marketing and Growth Intern will work closely with the CFOs and Partner to build and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on branding, content, and lead funnel activation. You will report directly to the Founding Partners and collaborate with a team of marketing professionals and external advisors. This role provides an excellent opportunity for hands-on learning and exposure to a network of seasoned B2B marketing executives.

Responsibilities:

• Build and execute a content strategy across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, blog, whitepapers).
• Create, edit, and publish both written and video content.
• Develop lead acquisition strategies, including targeting and nurturing databases.
• Organize, test, and set up lead flow systems using appropriate tools.
• Execute cold mailing campaigns, optimizing for efficiency and results.
• Explore new communication channels to increase brand awareness for Iter Advisor.
• Test and implement innovative marketing tactics (e.g., events, online content) with dedicated budgets.
• Create and maintain dashboards to track key metrics, including the number of opportunities and follow-up consistency.
