We are Semrush, a global IT company developing our own product – a platform for digital marketers. 

This is our Regional Social Media Manager role for idea generators, planning geniuses, and natural-born analysts.

Tasks in the role

• Launching and managing social media content localization process.
• Managing regional content calendars and publishing localized content.
• Reporting on key social media performance metrics in all regions.
• Managing the process of social listening for all regions and replying to incoming social brand mentions in collaboration with international leads, the community team, and the customer support team.

• 3+ years of relevant experience in social media marketing and community management.
• You are fluent in English, Spanish, and French with exceptional writing skills, correct grammar, and an appreciation for the power of tone, brevity, and microcopy.
• You have excellent communication skills.
• You are an organization ninja, love streamlining the processes, and can work with a large amount of information coming from multiple stakeholders. 
• You are a problem solver and you enjoy finding the most effective ways to reach a goal or solve a problem.
• You understand the basics of digital marketing and are eager to learn more.

A bit about the team

We’re looking for a Regional Social Media Manager to help us maintain and grow our social media presence in all our core markets — France, Spain & LATAM, Italy, Brazil, and Germany. At Semrush we’ve already built a sustainable social media presence and gained 750K+ followers across all social media platforms. Now we're re-launching the process of working with multiple regions and looking for a person who can take the lead. 

As the Regional Social Media Manager for Semrush, you will lead the social media content localization process, review content performance for our channels, and do social listening across our core markets: Spain & LATAM, France, Italy, Brazil, and Germany. You will work closely with the global Social Media Team, the International Leads Team, and the in-house localization agency. 

Your main goal will be to launch and manage a new process of working with all regions to achieve the sustainable growth of key social media metrics and make sure that all incoming brand mentions are replied to within two hours in all regions.
