About the job role: As Customer Advisor for MisterFly, you will create enthusiasm around the services of our customers and resolve emerging issues that customers may face with precision and efficiency.MisterFly is an online travel agency with a customer-oriented policy, that provides the best meets and expectations of enthusiastic travelers. As a Customer Advisor, you will:Manage our customer’s bookings (altering, canceling, or creating new reservations), and achieve the performance targets defined by the project.Manage customer expectations and needs.Have a unique opportunity to start working in a new market where you can directly contribute to the company’s fast-paced growth, and internally progress in different job positions. We are looking for:Proficient French (C2)Fluent English (B2)Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spiritPrevious experience in Customer Service or as a tourism representative is a plusFor non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit.
