We understand it as Augmented Talent by putting technology and AI at the service of people Mission: In charge of answering client needs by identifying and assessing qualified candidates that matches the defined client´s job profiles.  To reach that objective, the Recruitment Consultant creates, engages and develops talent pools of active candidates and identified, by targeted sourcing, passive potential candidates adapted with the specific job requirements.  The International Recruitment Consultant is an expert that develops his work autonomously on specifics assignments that required either sectorial or functional expertise.  A- Candidate´s recruitment 1. Sourcing Strategies • Understand, analyze, define and formalize the client needs into clear specifications and Winid methodologies. • Participates in the sourcing strategy´s definition. • Use, maintain and optimize the candidate´s database (Rémo).• Masters the use of social media, job-boards, Cvs banks and candidate´s databases in order to attract targeted profiles.• If needed, design and post attractive job advertisements, following Winid methodology, with a constant awareness of the value for money and insuring the regular update of the ads.   2. Recruitment / Candidate´s assessment • Use Winid phone and video-interview techniques • Validates the fit between the candidate and the jobs specifications (experience consistency, skills, motivations, availability, salary expectations, references…etc). Elaborate a qualitative pre-selection according to the tools and policies of Winid.• Organizes the tests if required into the specifications.  • Organizes (and eventually animates) the Assessment Centers. • Executes the reference checking in order to validate the experiences and sills of the targeted candidates. (if required into the specifications)• Wrote the candidates reports.  • Updates, in real time, the Application Tracking System (Rémo or the one used by the client).   3. Talent pool management• Elaborates a talent pool that can match to the client´s demand.• Participates in job fairs • Ensure candidate follow-up (following-up, monitoring expectations and timings…) in order to maintain and active pool of candidates. • Maintain close contact with the hired candidates.  • Optimizes the candidate database (mailings, ….) B- Reporting and client relationship• Maintains up-to-date the Winid reporting and dashboards  • Transmits all relevant and necessary information to the Project Manager or Team Leader and propose solutions to improve the quality and productivity of the service.  • Maintain weekly updates with the clients and send a wrap-up e-mail   
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business / HR or similarAt least high level of French, Spanish or English is high valuableAt least 1 year of experience in Talent AcquisitionPro-active and eager to learn
