As a Senior Market Support Analyst you will be responsible for the day to day management of potentially sensitive internet content, ensuring a quality experience is provided to millions of internet users. As a Market Support Analyst you will have the opportunity to make a significant and direct impact on the quality of our client’s news site. Senior Market Support Analyst will be responsible for optimal quality and productivity levels. Responsibilities·        Preparing a list of contentious topics for the market. Informing the moderators about the same·        Adding and removing words to/from the markets blacklists·         Providing insights to the moderators on topics·        Create and maintain up-to-date reports on Client SLAs and corporate reporting·        Updating the core team about upcoming events in their respective markets that would get a lot of traction and suggest ways to deal with the same  Qualifications & Experience·        Fluency in written and spoken English and French is essential·        Experience navigating internet websites including social media, commercial websites etc.·        Broad knowledge of current national and international political, historical and social news·        Comfortable with reviewing internet content that may be deemed inappropriate and/or contain explicit material·        Proven ability to deliver highest quality results while paying strict attention to detail·        Ability to be flexible and adaptable to meet changing business needs·        Ability to work in a fast paced environment with high volume and complex demands·        Can remain positive during challenging assignments·        Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision·        Intermediate I.T skills with the ability to quickly learn new tools Required Language Thresholds: ·        French (B2: Independent User Level)·        English (B2: Independent User Level) Competencies·               Solutions Orientated·               Knowledge of the media market and journalism preferred  ·               Initiative·               Collaboration·               Organisational commitment ·               Customer Focus·               Strong Communication Skills·               Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite                                ·               Ability to work under deadlines·               Teamwork·               Organisation & Planning·               Results Orientated·               Attention to detail·               Problem Solving & Information Gathering·               Resilience & Adaptability  Shifts·        Rotational shifts from 11am to 20pm Monday – Sunday·        Remote work from Lisbon, Portugal (Travel to Office for Meetings / Trainings) Benefits and Perks·        Competitive Salary·        Meal Allowance on Card·        Career Progression Opportunities·        Parenthood Program·        Well rounded Health and Life Insurance Packages·        On-site gym: includes indoor pool access, fitness classes, and a football pitch·        Staff Canteen with varied food options and river-facing balcony seating  https://www.hcltech.com/candidate-privacy-notice
