As a VP Global IT Governance & Planning, you will lead, in partnership with the Global CIO and the Senior Leadership Team, the transformation journey towards a more Global Tech function that maintains its agility and strong leadership position, and the related initiatives to achieve this ambition. You will set up and will chair the framework to govern this new model as it evolves and will ensure that information technology adds the maximum value to Sephora and facilitates the success of our business.

Strategy & Collaboration

  • Driving cross- functional collaboration to build a joint definition of a new governance process and framework that allow to extract maximal value from investment in digital and IT technology, avoiding duplication and facilitating sharing across Regions. Chairing the implementation of the model.
  • Owning the plan of the overall IT key initiatives and the related link with business Strategic Plan and Budget and key stakeholders.
  • Actively collaborating with the Global CIO and his Global team and continuously involving the Regional IT teams to identify opportunities to create value through new working models.

 

Operations & Process

  • Leading and evolving the definition and the implementation of new organizational and operating models that ensure the coherence with the overall transformational goals of a more Globalized Sephora Tech Team and the achievement of defined goals.
  • Ensuring that key initiatives in the global and regional portfolio are appropriately balanced, have the right governance structure and mechanisms both at business and at tech level to maximize the ability to deliver the expected value.
  • Benchmarking best practices and progressive models among Sephora regions, within LVMH Group and within external companies and organizations to identify opportunities to improve.

 

We would love to hear from you if…

  • You have a Business or Engineering school or university equivalent, and a solid experience of at least 15 years in relevant consultancy firms or global matrix organizations.
  • You bring multiple experiences in digital/tech domains spanning from CIO and Office of the CIO roles to Strategy and Architecture, to Program Management, to Demand, Design and Delivery.
  • You have strong understanding of organizational and operating model design principles and of business case definition and evaluation.
  • You have proven leadership, strong ability to influence and thrive in collaboration.
  • You are a strong communicator and excel at partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • You are a hands-on and solution-oriented leader who drives high quality results and operates with energy and passion for the collective good.
  • You are fluent in English; French language is a plus.
