Principal Recruiter, France Client Lead, Consumer Talent Acquisition à Paris (Clichy)

Job summary
The Principal Recruiter positions themselves as the Talent Advisor to the France Country Manager and the country Leadership team. Your business partners/clients will include nascent and established teams in growth mode, with talent acquisition at the core of their strategy. You will apply a mix of hands-on recruiting and lead a team of 3 experienced recruiters, leveraging your key partners, and your deep experience in Talent Acquisition to lead and deliver hiring results.

Key job responsibilities
· Serve as the single threaded leader across Amazon corporate in France for all recruitment related matters.
· Drive operational excellence across your practice to deliver results through your work as an individual contributor and a leader.
· Provide strategic advisory and industry expertise to deliver operational improvements in a complex and changing business environment.
· Influence Amazon recruiting teams to adopt best practices while tailoring global initiatives to local markets.
· Analyze current gaps/roadblocks in hiring and implement changes where required.
· Use mechanisms to drive communication, visibility and accountability across the practice.
· Develop and deliver regular reporting to glean insights and iterate quickly to drive results.
· Partner in the creation of scalable mechanisms and best practices.

· 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience with a focus on candidate generation in a complex and competitive markets
· 5+ years of experience advising and influencing executive leadership
· First people management experience
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
· French and English fluent

· Thinks strategically and stays on top of tactical execution.
· Is result oriented and is comfortable working in a matrix environment with conflicting priorities and dotted lines.
· Has an attention to details and the analytical skills to dive deep into hiring metrics.
· Inspires trust and communicates proactively to stakeholders, providing the right level of visibility to each.
· Is curious, remains connected with market trends and looks around the corner to identify market opportunities.
· Has a genuine interest in technologies, enjoys testing, learning and improving tools and processes.
