You speak English fluently or to a high standard, enjoy working in a team in a fast paced and dynamic environment. You excel at customer service and are interested in gaining experience in the tourism and logistics industries.
You will be welcoming customers, helping them to orient themselves in the airport, preparing them for their bus departure (where and when they will meet our representative.) Ensuring they board the correct bus and assist with loading the bus, deliver a short speech in English over a microphone to explain the onward journey and any changes. Record and communicate departure times and number of people travelling to each destination to other members of staff.
