We are currently recruiting for our Paris office, a Finance Operations Associate M/F (6-month internship, starting between February and April 2021)

The Team

The Finance and Accounting team drives Kayrros global finance operations, providing support to Management on a wide range of topics from business planning, reporting and day to day operations.

We’re looking for a curious, organized, and rigorous person who is willing to learn and seeks opportunities to do things faster and more accurately.

You will be responsible for supporting Kayrros’ day-to-day financial operations, ensuring timely and accurate outputs. Compile and maintain data needed to effectively monitor and report status of various financial needs.

What you will do

• Prepare monthly P&L and perform variance analysis by supplier
• Participate in our accounting monthly close and daily operations
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of our employee time-tracking
• Provide to payroll team monthly input regarding holidays, expenses and lunch voucher
• Support on updating our weekly Sales reports, maintain our CRM data as accurate as possible.
• Assist on improving Finance team’s tool and internal processes
• Ad-Hoc support on grant RFP and fund raising

What we are looking for

This is an ideal opportunity if you are looking for a six-month internship from April 2021, and you want to join a fast-growing start-up.

• You are currently in your last year of finance studies or freshly graduated
• A first internship in a challenging environment (fast growing start-up, top-tier management consulting, audit firm) is a plus
• You have a strong problem solving and analytical skills: proven ability to break problems down into components and propose solutions
• Autonomy, accountability, honesty, team-working and good communication skills define you
• Your level of English is fluent (mandatory)
