Major topic of the internship :

As part of the team working on advanced researches for designing a zero-emission airship for the future generation of LCA60T power by hydrogen fuel cells, you will focus on one of the most critical system: the hydrogen storage.

Mission Description :

Your work will be multidisciplinary since many aspects of the hydrogen storage system must be investigated.

The technology being new, you will first consolidate an existing state of the art in order to better understand the issues related to the use of hydrogen in high power mobility projects based on hydrogen fuel cells with a special focus on the current main blocking points.

Then, you will investigate the substitution of a conventional fossil fuel power generation system by a hydrogen fuel cell system with a focus on the storage system.

This shall lead to a list of all the requirements for a hydrogen storage system and a first proposal of a conceptual design of this system.

From this work, you will emphasize the impacts of this substitution on various fields:

* Weight impacts
* Volume impacts
* Structural impacts
* Systems impacts
* Safety impacts

This will be an iterative process since you will interact with the experts of the systems and fields which are impacted by your proposal.

The safety aspects and the integration constraints must be taken into account from the beginning to the end of your work.

At the end of the internship, you are expected to propose a realistic development roadmap.

A successful internship will pave the way to innovative high-power zero-emission airships.
