LE CONTEXTE

We are looking for a HR apprentice for the Worldwide Business Service (WBS) Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Department, located at the international headquarters in Paris. This Department defines and supports different businesses in the application of the ambition and C&B worldwide policies (Grading, Performance, Salary Management, Short Term Incentives, Mid and Long Term Incentives, Benefits...).

LES MISSIONS

You will report to the Performance & Reward Director as a C&B communication officer. Your main responsibilities are taking place in a context of changing in a moving and challenging environment.

Communication & C&B community animation

• Design the C&B annual worldwide communication plan
• Implement the communication plan and ensure follow up within the HR community as part of the Digital Transformation at Danone
• Create, formalize and update communication materials along the yearly processes and according to the projects (newsletter, directory, contact list, training, etc.)
• Coordinate the drafting of the C&B policy and optimize the deliverable (book, digital version)
• Participate to the communication strategy development of different C&B projects
• Animate the C&B community on the internal Social Network "Workplace by Facebook" as a community manager of C&B leaders in the 30 geographic cluster at Danone

One C&B Voice

• Facilitate communication between WBS C&B and HR function in order to promote C&B within the HR function, and more widely within Danone (HR in Danone, Workplace, etc.) as part of One Danone HR
• Facilitate animation and communication between C&B managers by collecting, analyzing and sharing C&B countries best practices (Benefits inventory, recognition practices, incentives local convergence, First Line Danoners Grading...) as part of One C&B Voice to ensure consistency and One Danone alignement.

C&B support

• Realize internal analysis on processes implementation ("post-delivery" analysis) in order to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Perform external benchmarks on Compensation & Benefits practices
• Participate and follow WBS C&B team projects (templates, guidelines, consolidation of data and feedback...)

VOTRE PROFIL

• Currently studying a Master of Human Resources or Communication. Ideally you have a first experience in Human Resources. You are looking for an apprenticeship starting in August-September 2020 at the latest for 1 year.
• You are interested in C&B and you want to consolidate your knowledge in this area
• You are comfortable with digital tools
• You like teamwork and take initiatives
• You demonstrate people skills and adaptation ability in order to interact and collaborate with different people
• You respect confidentiality
• Your analytical mindset and curiosity allow you to work in a challenging environment
• You want to work in an international environment
• You are fluent in English
