CONTEXT

To achieve the ‘One Planet. One Health’ vision and face the new world context, Danone needs to enhance its capacity to innovate and capture new business opportunities faster & better than its competitors, while enable efficiency across the organization thanks to data & technology. Danone IS/IT team is engaged into a Transformation program (called “NextGen IS/IT”) to build Danone next generation IS/IT operating model, from organization to governance & ways of working. Innovation is part of this IS/IT Transformation & Innovation team.

Danone Data & technology Innovation team ambition is to proactively contribute to Danone business transformation by delivering successful innovation thanks to data & technology. The team mission is to explore new technologies (Tech Trends like IA, blockchain, IOT, VR…) and prove that there is a business case with new technology thanks to a fast test & learn approach.

We are looking for an IS/IT UX/UI designer and Innovation Portfolio Manager within DAN’IS Transformation & Innovation Team to contribute to 2020-2020 Innovation Roadmap design & implementation.

ABOUT THE JOB

As IS/IT UX/UI designer and Innovation Portfolio Manager, your mission will be to enable data & technology user-centric Innovation within Danone.

You will have the following responsibilities:

• Develop user-centric (UX design) approaches & mindset to the Danone teams & innovation projects
• Build & deploy Innovation framework for Design thinking with the associate learning path for IS/IT
• Facilitate Design Thinking sessions for Innovation projects and encourage other innovation methods (Agile/SCRUM, business model Canvas, Lean start-up…)
• Co-animate innovation pipeline assessment & portfolio monitoring (intrapreneurship program coordination)
• Coach idea owners & bring them innovation methods for Proof-of-Concept design, build and delivery
• Create fast digital prototype & mock-up (UI and UX)
• Enable and deliver new business model, product & service projects by bringing innovation framework expertise and prototype support.
• Co-animate Innovation coaches network (30 people)
• Support the Innovation Transformation project (Next Gen IS/IT) and contribute to innovation speed boats acceleration.

The position is based in Saint-Ouen (93) until the end of 2020, and then the team will be relocated in Danone new office in Rueil-Malmaison (92)

ABOUT YOU

• You have minimum of 5 years' experience
• You are certified Design thinking coach and demonstrated experiences facilitating design thinking sessions. You can share your UX/UI portfolio book.
• You have project management skills and experience in other innovation frameworks (Lean start-up, Agile/SCRUM, business model canvas, Lean start-up…) is a plus.
• You have good facilitating (workshop) & training skills.
• You have the capacity to prototype (UX and UI). Programming notions & Graphic facilitation are a plus.
• You have an intrapreneur mindset
• You have experience with business stakeholder’s management and you have the capacity to understand business needs.
• You have strong networking and communication skills (written and oral)
• You are proactive and can work creatively, independently and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Fluent in English
