CONTEXT

BTHR (Business Transformation for Human Resources) is Danone's Group HRIS team, contributing to Danone strategy by supporting HR function through core processes definition and innovative solutions definition.

Our main challenges:

• Support the HR business and processes, with efficient solutions and by building a strong partnership
• Animate our users' communities and reinforce our proximity with the business units all over the world by developing qualitative & close relationships with local IS & HR key contact
• Be the technical referent of the team 

We are looking for an IS/IT Manager for Human Resources France within BTHR Team who will have two main roles:

• Support CBS HR France applications (local payroll & time management applications, central HR applications)
• Animate the monthly key user community of these applications

ABOUT THE JOB

As IS/IT Manager for HR France, your mission will be to provide an optimal IS service delivery to the French CBS (Cluster Business Services) HR that meets or exceeds business expectations, by proactively ensuring the sustainability and performance of solutions, as enablers for business for all business units in the Cluster.

You will have the following responsibilities:
 

• Manage daily support and enhancements for the existing applications in the organization and will be focused, but not restricted, to Core HR & payroll. The daily support will be completed following standard KPIs: tickets tracking completion and budget pre-paid consumption
• Recipe of GA/GTA and wages
• Be in charge of SQL request
• Support the development, testing, deployment, maintenance, upgrade of these applications
• Prepare technical specification for Central Team, cooperation with consultants and developers in Central Team
• Align information systems with business changes
• Participate to new projects (e.g. new features implementation)
• Work closely with the CBS France HR to analyze existing processes and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of information systems
• Create strong and productive collaboration within DANIS departments and with external providers
• Contribute to more efficient use of the system by organizing training for users, making procedures and user manuals
• Analyze cost/benefit for technology initiatives and business case justifications
  
   

The position is based in Saint-Ouen (93) until the end of 2020, and then the team will be relocated in Danone new office in Rueil-Malmaison (92)

ABOUT YOU

Technical and personal skills needed:

• You have minimum of 3 years' experience in IS/IT on HRIS topics (ideally on GTA topics)
• You have project management skills and project methodologies knowledge
• You anticipate / are proactive
• You have a technical way of thinking
• You have a strong interest in tools and technical development
• You have an ability to understand business needs
• You have strong communication skills (written and oral) and you are client oriented
• You can work creatively, independently and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• You have strong desire to learn more about the Information Systems area
• Fluent in English
