CONTEXT

DANONE's Information Systems (DANIS) organization is looking for a Business System Analyst in the area of Business Intelligence.

The position is part of D2I (Data To Insight) organization which is responsible of reporting Advanced Analytics, EPM, Data Integration, Data Management/Governance and data strategy topics in Danone Group. D2I department, a cross domain, offers the opportunity for its members to work with all divisions, domains and entities within the group. 
Inside D2I, the team of Touchpoint and Support for France & CBI (corporate BI) is dedicated to support and delivery of projects for business units in France. The team is also supporting corporate BI applications.

ABOUT THE JOB

As a member of D2I team your main mission will be participate in the effective transformation of our data into assets that bring value for DANONE.

On this position you will:

• Manage Requests as L1 role (using CLIO and Service Now ITSM tools)
• Have a role of Project Manager to coordinate implementation of BI solutions for customers in France and in Corporate Head office (useing Service Now tool for Project Management)
• Animate transversal actions to improve BI tools and processes. Those activities could be linked to process improvement, technical best practice sharing, new tools to promote and other actions.
• Lead local BI projects, change implementation and involvement in global project
• Support and deliver trainings about BI solutions for business users
• Corporate with group on implementation of global BI standards for local business units
• Cooperation with 3rd party suppliers on project delivery
• Increase service efficiency by proposing new solutions (tools & processes)
• Go deeply into the technlogies used  (DB, Essbase, MicroStrategy, Tagetik) to improve analysis and developments

The position is based in Saint-Ouen until September 2020, then in Rueil-Malmaison 

ABOUT YOU

KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

* Experience in working with data / reporting
* Min 3 years of experience with Essbase or MicroStrategy is mandatory
* Analytical skills, ability to analyze quickly problems and system issues
* Experience in project management

• Excellent communication skills
* Advanced MS Excel skills
* Good knowledge of ITIL will be additional benefit
* Good knowledge of Tagetik will be additional benefit
* Good knowledge of SQL will be additional benefit
* Good knowledge of Calame (Gathering Software) will be additional benefit
• Good knowledge of business operations
• Good organization of independent work

• Ability to work within cross-functional structures
• Ability of innovative approach to problems
• Initiative and energy, accuracy, timeliness and self-reliance in solutions searching

* Advanced English skills
