CONTEXT

Danone Specialised Nutrition is leading the french babyfoods market thanks to its brands Blédina & Laboratoire Gallia. We are a team of passionate and engaged people, aiming at providing babies with the right nutrition to grow.

YOUR MISSION

As an R&I Portfolio & Program Leader, you will drive & monitor the R&I agenda on innovation-renovation project for First Diet France

• Structuration, monitoring & animation of the R&I project pipeline for inno-reno, secure & productivity projects:
  • Structuration of dashboards with relevant R&I & Business KPI, analysis & recommendations.
  • Animation of the R&I project owners through leading monthly project review
  • Drive the R&I agenda with the preparation of decision elements based on facts for the different steering committees, Local & Global
  • Structuration & animation of the resources managements (Budget, FTE)

• Project/program management:
  • Management for product and/or packaging development work-package for our most complex projects through robust project management
  • Ensuring proper coordination and animation of R&I team members contributing to the projects from different functions, local & global, from 1st assessment of the expertise & efforts & capabilities needed from each R&I function, anticipation of the resources needed, contributing to business case at project early stage of the projects and ensuring consumer centricity of the core of each projects.
  • Owner of R&I SN France projects management tools & process (including SN Ways, Change Control procedure with sourcing points) : providing training, best practices sharing, but also pro-actively propose & initiate working group cross-functional to built pragmatic solutions when needed to facilitate coordination & alignment between teams.

This position requires around 20% of the time trips

YOU IN FEW WORDS

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in R&I
• Food processing technology background with passion for food culture and alimentation
• Strong project management skills & Transversal management skills to coordinate activities from different teams in matricidal environment & Executive communication to navigate & influence with senior mgt
• Leadership and positive confrontation (ability to go beyond the status-quo and drive discussions to solutions)
• Solution provider: ability to proactively build, propose and implement solutions to solve issues, and capacity to turn others in solution mode.
• Agility, pragmatism & autonomy
• French environment, fluent English is a must
• Experience in agile innovation methodology & consumer centric design of innovation is a plus
• Experience in circular economy and sustainability is a plus.
