L’intégralité des ventes de nos marques ont été versées à des projets favorisant la transition vers une agriculture régénératrice. Plus de 5 millions d’euros ont été récoltés pour aider les agriculteurs à basculer vers ce nouveau modèle !

CONTEXT :

We are looking for a talented and outstanding intern to support the implementation and activation of Danone Waters sustainability; with a worldwide scope and contributing to our goals on becoming a BCorp company, fostering Circular Economy of Plastics, Water Stewardship and Carbon Neutrality.

MISSIONS :

As part of the Global Sustainability Topline team your mission will include:

• Support One Planet Manager in deployment and roll-out of internal engagement and catalyze local implementation of our One Planet strategy on key topics such as Circular Economy and Carbon neutrality.
• Supporting the global Waters leader on global and local products innovation roadmaps.
• Support the local business units in the One Health strategy deployment.
• Engage structurally with internal and external stakeholders (experts, business partners, NGOs) to co-build projects on key sustainability topics that can be implemented through our brands.
• Scouting, fostering and sharing best practices and inspiration to brand marketeers and sales teams.
• Manage & facilitate cross-sharing of best practices, internal/external news and inspiration to our local country business units.
• Support Head of Sustainability to prepare high-level documents and internal presentations.

YOUR PROFILE :

• Educational background in communications/marketing, business or sustainability/social innovation.
• A real passion for social change and innovation
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority
• High level of flexibility and adaptability in a fast moving environment
• Ability to work with a high level of autonomy and to deliver on various projects and deadlines
• Team player comfortable working within a complex fast-moving environment
• Excellent project management skills
• Amazing written and oral communication skills;
• Excellent level use of power point and excel 
• Entrepreneurial, fearless when it comes to challenging the paradigm;
• Creativity and implacable curiosity;
• Possess business acumen;
• Experience in outreach, marketing or communications (this could include content creation; digital, external and internal communications; community animation; event management)
• English : fluent ; French and Spanish are nice to have but not essential
