CONTEXT

This position is part of DANIS Digital Organization within the Global IS/IT Competency Center. This department is responsible for the development and the support of Digital platforms for all functions including marketing, communication, collaboration… The DANIS Digital Organization is working on a Worldwide perimeter, in close collaboration with business stakeholders, others IS/IT departments (global/local) and external partners.

You will work closely with global and local marketing teams to ensure development, implementation and sustainability of application sets as enablers for business performance.

As Adobe AEM Technical Architect, you will report hierarchically to the Digital Multi Solution Architect and will work transversally with all Digital Programs involving the Adobe CMS and DAM. Your main role will be to define the architecture, to drive technically projects and to ensure the consistency of the whole platform.

ABOUT THE JOB 

Your main missions will be:

• Bring technical digital knowledge on projects
• Be accountable for the technical Architecture Consistency for AEM Sites and the DAM
• Be accountable for the technical support of all program using the Adobe AEM platforms (operations, hosting, security, performance)
• Develop the vision of your domain, propose roadmap and develop technologies within Danone context
• Develop and Apply Agile Methodology
• Ensure excellence in execution: Staffing, SLA, Budget,..
• Coordinate development team including in-shore/off-shore resources
• Optimize the current AEM architecture set up
• Develop and Maintain knowledge management
• Animate a community of internal and external technical actors
• Manage and develop his team
• Listen to market technology trends
• Manage projects portfolio, manage budget and capacity planning for your team

As this position is on a worldwide scope, some international travels will be required

The position is based in Saint-Ouen (93) until the end of 2020, then in Rueil-Malmaison (92)

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone with:

• At least 6 years’ experience on IS/IT project management with a focus on digital topics
• Strong functional knowledge on Digital Processes
• Strong experience and knowledge on Adobe AEM /DAM architecture
• Expertise on Cloud/Mobile/Development
• Open-minded, ready to embrace constant technological evolutions
• Openness vs external context (Start-up, others company...)
• Agile Approach Knowledge
• Leadership and transversal animation skills
• Capacity to explain tech to non tech in a simple way
• Fluent English is a must, French would be a real plus
