Essential Dairy and Plant-Based (EDP)

In 2017, Danone’s strategic move towards plant-based food and drinks - with the acquisition of WhiteWave - came at the right moment to meet consumer expectations for healthier and sustainable choices. It enables us to enrich our portfolio with consumer-loved brands and health-focused options, complementary to our dairy fermented products. Besides, we also continued our strategy to offer essential dairy products with nutritional benefits and to innovate through our local and international brands.

CONTEXT

This position is part of the new EDP Europe Ops Transformation organization, in charge of taking the function and the division to the next step in terms of flexibility, innovation and consumer centricity.

The pack program manager oversees a limited number of cross-platform/brand packaging programs to a successful implementation and launch. The role reports directly to EU transversal program Director.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Lead a limited number of transversal pack programs from identification to Goose Launch.
• Ensure successful program implementation in close collaboration with identified stakeholders.
• Be accountable for:
  • Business case creation and validation
  • Project team definition and staffing
  • Program animation
  • Stakeholders management and communication
  • Progress reporting & communication
  • Challenge Ops capabilities to best answer business needs
• Ensure Goose methodology compliance and availability of Goose gates deliverables for the project.
• Ensure motivation and collaboration within the Strategy &Capabilities (S&C) team.

• Comfortable with Financial aspects of a project
• Knowledge in LEAN & Excellence Operations

• Never afraid of challenging status quo and drive with energy to make things happen
• Can do attitude, resilience and tenacity
• Build trustful relationships internally and externally
• English spoken. French & Spanish spoken nice to have
