CONTEXT

The Water Cycle is part of the sustainable development Unit of Danone. It aims to set up the 2030 strategy in term of risks mitigations, water stewardship management and water access business models development. Water is an important resource for Danone's businesses, as much as for our direct operations than for our supply chain and to grow the crops we need for our products. At the frontier between the strategy and the field projects, the Water Cycle is making the business transformation on water resources management a reality.

OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE 

• You are supporting Development of business cases for Water Stewardship Projects (Profit architecture - value proposition) helping development of risks mitigation plans
• You are contributing to the local project teams coordination and ensure smooth sharing of datas & knowledge
• You are supporting the team manager to develop fund-raising strategy (Commercial Banks, Development Banks, Funds, etc.)
• You are participating to the internal engagement strategy around water stewardship and its externalities (carbon, livelihood improvement, etc.)
• You are contributing to the external stakeholders engagement (United Nations, International organizations and NGOs, etc.)
• You are supporting Modelization of the business cases to ease replicability of projects

TARGETED PROFILE

• Fluent in English
• French working proficiency
• Spanish is a plus
• Ability to work in an international context
• Agility and flexibility in working on different projects
• A first experience is expected in sustainability & finance or in project coordination in Latam or Asia
